Medium Density PVC Foam is a soft and flexible material, suitable for positioning into uneven areas to provide sealing solutions. Under compression, PVC Foam becomes closed cell creating sealing properties against dust, water and air. PVC Foams or expanded polyvinyl chloride is an open cell foam, used in applications where resistance to moisture, temperature and solvent resistance is required or for sound reduction/vibration dampening. Typical applications for Medium Density PVC Foam include Sealing for pharmaceutical, HVAC, automotive and construction industries, gasketing, glazing tapes, dust/moisture seals and insulation/filtration systems.
