Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd convert many different varieties of Reticulated Foam for a magnitude of uses including common uses such as filtration of both air and water. This open cell foam is produced with range in cell size in a 'net' or mesh like structure, more commonly known as PPI (pores per inch), from large cells of 10 PPI to finer cell grades of 90 PPI. Advanced Seals & Gaskets are able to manufacture a wide variety of products from Reticulated Filter Polyurethane Foam 20 PPI including:
- CNC cut parts
All of the above can be manufactured in either plain or self-adhesive backed, peel-able liner on one or both sides. Reticulated Filter Foam with 20 PPI is a course porosity with a very open cell structure and a number of excellent properties making it effective for sound reduction and scrubbing pads, water filtration, ventilation systems and loud speaking, etc.
