Reticulated Filter Polyurethane Foam is manufactured in a range of controlled cells or holes called 'pores', ranging from 10 PPI (pores per inch) to 100 PP, in a 'net' or mesh like structure. Reticulated Filter Foam with 45 PPI, is a medium porosity with a less open cell structure making it effective depth loading filters for trapping dust particles. Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are able to manufacture a wide variety of products from Reticulated Filter Polyurethane Foam 45 PPI including:

All of the above can be manufactured in either plain or self-adhesive backed, peel-able liner on one or both sides. Reticulated Filter Foam with 45 PPI is a medium porosity with a very open cell structure and a number of excellent properties making it effective for sound reduction, cleaning wipes, lawn mower engines, water filtration, ventilation systems and loud speakers, etc.
