Flame Retardant Plastazote (LD45FR) is a closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam blended with a flame retardant to create a flame resistant material that meets a number of standards.  The material is charcoal in colour and manufactured in block form which can joined together to form continuous rolls, and split to range of thickness from 1mm, in any increment to meet our customer’s specifications.  Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are able to manufacture a wide variety of products from Flame Retardant Plastazote (LD45FR) including:

All of the above can be manufactured in either plain or self-adhesive backed, peel-able liner on one or both sides.  Flame Retardant Plastazote® LD45FR is suitable for use in the weak electric field, automotive interiors, aircraft, railway sector and sealing material.
