Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd, we supply Stratocell foam in a selection of grades and densities and colours. Our Stratocell Polyethylene Foam Rolls can be produced as standard or with self-adhesive backing, films and foils on one or both sides if required. Stratocell rolls are produced at 1 meter wide and 10 meters long however other lengths may be available on request.
Whether we manufacture as a one-off or in large quantities, we work closely with our customers throughout the manufacturing process to provide a completely bespoke service. Utilizing state-of-the-art machinery, we can produce top quality products that meet a wide range of specifications.

Characteristics of Stratocell Foam Rolls
- Polymer Type: Closed-Cell Polyethylene Foam
- Standard Thickness: 3mm – 8mm other thickness available on requested but may affect maximum roll length, send an enquiry today and our team will be happy to advise and assist.
- Colour: White. Other colours may be available on request
- Density: Low-density L, Low-density E, Medium-density S, High-density H
- Grades: Standard, Anti-Static, Recycled, Plus
- Resistances: Impervious to moisture and Mold/fungal growth
- Thermal Stability: < 5%
- Water Absorption (lb⁄ ft²): < 0.1

What is Stratocell Foam?
Stratocell Foam is high-quality, closed-cell polyethylene foam supplied in 48” x 108” sheets with a thickness range of 1mm – 100mm. Closed cell foam is a rubber compound developed under gas pressure. This structure gives Stratocell an exceptional strength to weight ratio making it a lower cost and more versatile alternative to many heavier polyurethanes.
As a packaging material, Stratocell is commonly used inside corrugated boxes as it is extremely stable, resilient, and designed to ensure that no damage is caused by handling.

Different Grades of Stratocell Foam Rolls
Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd works closely with a network of suppliers and manufacturers. This is to ensure we can offer a wide variety of products to meet very specific specifications. There are many grades of Stratocell available. They include:
- Standard: Stratocell Foam is supplied as standard in 48” x 108” sheets. We can convert this in house, into a variety of products to suit all our customers' needs.
- Stratocell Anti-Static: Upon request we can provide an anti-static option, ideal for use with electrical equipment.
- Stratocell RC: This is our recycled grade, available upon request. Stratocell RC contains a minimum of 50% recycled resin content.
- Stratocell Plus: Stratocell Plus is designed for when you need a little extra protection. It includes a top layer of 3.5 mil polyethylene film or 1/8" high-density Cellu-Cushion foam.
