A brushed nylon strip is a fine weave 80 denier brushed textile strip that is easy to machine, soft, lightweight, and offers high elasticity and durability. Our brushed nylon strips can be manufactured plain or with self-adhesive backing and in a variety of widths, lengths and thicknesses. In addition, brushed nylon strips can be supplied in many different formats including kiss-cut in rolls up to a width of 915mm.

    With or without self-adhesive backing, our brushed nylon strips are available in a variety of length, thicknesses and colours and are available with or without self-adhesive backing. Brushed nylon fabric is a type of nylon that has been brushed to create a soft texture.

    The term nylon refers to a family of synthetic polymers commonly used to produce a variety of products. In contrast to organic fibres or semi-synthetic fibres, nylon fibres are entirely synthetic, which means they do not originate from organic materials.

    • Nylon 66:  formed by combining hexamethylenediamine and a for of dicarboxylic acid. Commonly used in the textile and packaging industries.
    • Nylon 6: Unlike other nylons, nylon 6 is not a condensation polymer, but instead formed by ring-opening polymerization.
