Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of HT-800 Silicone Sponge products, including sheets.

HT-800 is a versatile Silicone Sponge of medium firmness that offers the lightness of foam along with the sealing capabilities of a sponge rubber.  It has a number of excellent characteristics including resistance to UV light, Ozone and extreme temperatures, with a wide temperature range of -55 up to +200 degrees. HT-800 is Flame Retardant and meets UL94 HF1 and V-0 ratings.

This type of Silicone material is very flexible and suitable for use as an environmental seal that protects against air, dust, and moisture. HT-800 is used in many applications from light fixtures, outdoor enclosures, electrical cabinets, HVAC units and vibration isolation through to general engineering and transportation.

HT-800 sheets are available in black, grey and red and converted from continuous rolls at 914mm wide. It comes in a wide range of thicknesses from 0.8mm to 12.7mm with a skin finish on both sides.

All of the above can be manufactured in either plain or self-adhesive backed, peel-able liner on one or both sides.
