Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of Butyl Rubber products, including pads.

Solid Butyl rubber is a synthetic rubber. It is a co-polymer of Isobutylene with Isoprene and is impervious with good flexible properties. Solid Butyl Rubber has excellent resistance to ozone, UV light and weathering along with high chemical resistance, it also performs particularly well with applications involving extreme temperatures. Solid Butyl rubber is used in many sectors over a wide range of applications including building and construction for roofing and damp proofing, defence, chemical and general engineering.

All rubber pads supplied by Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are made to measure. They are generally made as squares, rectangles or circles, however our automated machinery can be programmed to cut whatever shape you require.

Standard Thicknesses available include 1mm, 1.5mm, 3mm and 6mm.

Butyl Rubber Pads can be manufactured plain or with a choice self-adhesive backings, foils and films on one or both sides, and supplied as individual pieces or kiss-cut onto strips.
