Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture and supply a diverse range of Solid Silicone pads in various colours, thicknesses and the following shore hardness's 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70° and 80°.
Solid Silicone is useful for high-temperature applications and also for Food applications where FDA approved Solid Silicone is readily available. Shore hardness can be selected to best suit the circumstances of use to ensure the sealing properties of Solid Silicone are and remain at a high level. Solid Silicone is synthetic material that offers excellent heat resistance and electrical insulating properties, it is durable even at extreme temperatures and commonly used as a gasket where anti-vibration properties are required.
All rubber pads supplied by Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are made to measure. They are generally made as squares, rectangles or circles, however our automated machinery can be programmed to cut whatever shape you require.
Standard Thicknesses available range from 0.3mm up to 20mm.
Solid Silicone Rubber Pads can be manufactured plain or with a choice self-adhesive backings, foils and films on one or both sides, and supplied as individual pieces or kiss-cut onto strips.
