These washers are available in both foam and solid versions, with solid Abrasion-Resistant Polyurethane offered as a dense rubber or a very high-density sponge known by the trade name “Dynathane.” Solid polyurethane is supplied in continuous rolls of varying thicknesses. At the same time, the sponge version is produced in sheet and block form — typically 250mm x 500mm x 65mm or 250mm x 1000mm x 65mm — from which washers are precisely cut.
Using state-of-the-art conversion machinery, our in-house production team manufactures all Abrasive Resistant Polyurethane Washers to order. Each washer is made to exact inner and outer diameter (ID and OD) measurements, ensuring a perfect fit for your application. We can even provide sample runs for testing before full production.

Abrasive Resistant Polyurethane Washers are flat rings composed of an outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and thickness. They are precision-cut from sheets or rolls and placed between two surfaces to create a level base, act as a spacer, or distribute pressure when tightened.
Solid Abrasive Resistant PU rubber is manufactured in continuous rolls, while the sponge variant is produced in sheet and block form for easy cutting. Using our advanced presses and CNC machinery, we can create bespoke washers in almost any size and quantity to suit your exact requirements.

- Abrasion-Resistant PU Sponge (Dynathane):
A hard-wearing, lightweight sponge that combines flexibility with high impact strength. Dynathane offers excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C. Manufactured in densities between 450–650 kg/m³, this off-white to tan material is often used in tank linings, anti-vibration mounts, buffers, gaskets, and noise-reducing components. - Red Abrasion-Resistant Rubber:
A tough, natural rubber compound designed for sealing and gasketing applications requiring high tear resistance. Commonly used in slurry plants, quarry linings, and silo interiors, this grade delivers superior protection in harsh environments. - White Abrasion-Resistant Rubber:
A softer natural rubber ideal for food processing and packaging equipment, offering good resistance to organic acids, alcohols, and aldehydes. However, it is not suitable for petroleum, fats, or hydrocarbons. - Shotblast (Tan Para) Rubber:
A tan-coloured, extremely robust natural rubber offering excellent abrasion resistance and moderate resistance to mild acids and chemicals. Commonly used in industrial sealing and impact protection applications.
