Material and Manufacturing

Available in multiple thicknesses—typically 12mm, 25mm, and 50mm—these pads are generally supplied in layered packs or sets. They can also be provided in large sheets or pre-cut smaller pads, ready to fit snugly into cases, boxes, or containers.

At ASG, all pick and pluck foam pads are produced in-house using specialist cutting machines, ensuring precise sizing and consistent quality. Pads can be laminated to other materials or finished with self-adhesives or protective foils, allowing them to hold securely in place within packaging.
