All Polyether Polyurethane Foam washers are manufactured on-site using customer-provided drawings or measurements. Our team works closely with clients to ensure that each washer meets exact specifications. Depending on the size and quantity, washers can be produced using a variety of presses, bandsaws, or CNC machines, accommodating everything from single sample runs to large-scale batch production.
Washers can be supplied as loose parts or kiss-cut on rolls for high-volume applications or fast-paced assembly lines. They can also be finished in plain form, laminated to increase thickness, combined with other materials, or coated with self-adhesives and foils before cutting, providing tailored solutions for any requirement.

Characteristics of Polyether Polyurethane Foam
Polyether PU foam is available in grey or white, with densities ranging from 22 to 24 kg/m³. Blocks typically measure 2–2.5 meters in length, 1–2 meters in width, and 175–1260 mm in thickness. The foam passes FMVSS302 fire resistance tests and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. Full technical specifications are available upon request or via our online portal.
What are Polyether Foam Washers?
Polyether PU foam washers are flat rings with an outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID), used between surfaces for cushioning, spacing, sealing, or filtration. Our washers can be cut to a variety of thicknesses starting from 2mm, and can be supplied with a plain or self-adhesive finish. Multiple layers or different material combinations can also be laminated to produce bespoke washers with unique properties.
Polyether PU foam is a soft, open-cell, low-density polyurethane produced using polyether polyols, catalysts, and blowing agents. Additives can be included during production to achieve specific properties such as flame retardancy, anti-static, or anti-bacterial performance.
