Polyethylene foam may also be referred to as block foam, PE foam, polyethylene sponge, or LDPE foam.

Custom Manufacturing of Polyethylene Foam Washers

Polyethene foam blocks can be split into sheets as thin as 1.5mm, typically in sizes of 2m x 1m, or joined together to create larger rolls. These sheets and rolls are then converted into custom-cut washers to match your exact specifications.

All polyethylene foam washers are made to order using dimensions, drawings, or samples provided by our customers. Small sample runs are also available to ensure the product fits your application perfectly.

Depending on the washer size and quantity, our production team selects from atomisers, auto feed presses, travelling head presses, kiss-cut pressing machines, or, for larger/thicker washers, CNC oscillating knives. This allows us to optimise efficiency, reduce lead times, and keep costs down.

Polyethylene foam is available in multiple grades, colours, and densities, and can be laminated or coated with self-adhesive backing before cutting.

    Foam washers are primarily used to distribute load, provide cushioning, and create level surfaces. Polyethylene foam, a chemically cross-linked thermoplastic material, is lightweight, durable, and resistant to environmental stress.

    Polyethylene foam washers are produced with an outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and thickness, cut from sheets or rolls, and placed between surfaces to:
