Material and Manufacturing
Post Office Sponge is manufactured and stocked in buns (blocks) of various sizes and thicknesses, up to 80mm, with density varying depending on application needs. Using our state-of-the-art splitting machines, these blocks can be reduced to thicknesses as fine as 1.5mm. From these precisely cut sheets, pads are produced to meet exact customer specifications, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
Custom Production
All Post Office Sponge Pads are produced on-site using customer drawings, measurements, or samples. We work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure the final product matches their requirements perfectly. Depending on the size and volume needed, we utilise a variety of machines—including presses, bandsaws, and CNC cutters—to manufacture both one-off samples and large batch runs efficiently.
