Silicone Rubber Sheet
Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of Solid Silicone Rubber products, including sheets in variants of colour, density, and thickness.
Solid Silicone Rubber is a flexible material that is stronger than sponge, as it can withstand high pressure forces due to not having air bubbles. Solid Silicone is useful for high-temperature applications and also for Food applications where FDA approved Solid Silicone is readily available. The shore hardness of silicone rubber is measured in Shore A, hardness's between 30 shore A (very soft) up to 80 shore A (hard) can be selected to best suit the circumstances of use to ensure the sealing properties of Solid Silicone are and remain at a high level. Solid Silicone is synthetic material that offers excellent UV, Ozone and heat resistance, as well as electrical insulating properties, it is durable even at extreme temperatures and commonly used as a gasket where anti-vibration properties are required.
Solid Silicone Rubber is generally manufactured in continuous rolls in a range of standard thicknesses from 0.3mm up to 20mm. Advanced Seals & Gaskets are able to supply this material in cut sheets to suit with widths available up to 1800mm and also apply self-adhesive backing, films and foils to one or both sides if required.
