Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of PVC Foam products, including Firm Grade PVC Foam available in black or white colours.

PVC Foam Firm Grade is mid density open cell rigid material which under compression, becomes closed cell creating sealing properties against dust, water and air. Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are able to manufacture a wide variety of products from Firm Density PVC Foam including:

All of the above can be manufactured in either plain or self-adhesive backed, peel-able liner on one or both sides. PVC Foams can be found used in applications where resistance to moisture, temperature and solvent resistance is required or for sound reduction/vibration dampening. PVC Foam Firm Grade is of particular use to the glazing trade, for anti-vibration (transportation pads) and for glazing security strip and sealing. It is also found used for mousemats, gaskets, cushioning, packaging and even footwear reinforcements.
