Polyethylene foam is a low density product manufactured in a range of densities from 18kg/m³ to 200kg/m³.
It is principally manufactured in block form 2M x 1M up to 110mm thick, from which we split the exact thickness required by the customer with a minimum thickness of 1mm.
Colours of Polyethylene Foam
Polyethylene foam is available primarily in black or white, but is also available in many colours such as: blue, yellow, green, red, etc. Polyethylene foam is a closed cell expanded foam that can be very soft and flexible in the lower density and quite firm and hard in the higher densities.
Common Grades of Polyethylene Foam
- Extruded Polyethylene Foam
- Chemically Cross Linked Polyethylene Foam
- Non-Chemically Cross Linked Polyethylene Foam
- EVA Polyethylene
- Flame Retardent Polyethylene
