Solid Rubber is a common phrase which encompasses a whole family of materials.
Solid Rubber Formats
All of the above material grades are manufactured in roll format pre-manufactured thicknesses.
Most of the Solid Rubbers are manufactured in continuous rolls with sizes of 1.4mtrs wide x 10mtrs long with the exception of Viton and silicone which are manufactured in rolls 1.2mtrs x 10mtrs. We can supply in continuous rolls or supply part rolls (subject to grade chosen and may be subject to cutting charges)
Thickness of Solid Rubber
The following thicknesses are available as standard: 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm. Other thicknesses are available upon request but may be subject to minimum order quantity.

Special grades of Solid Rubber
Solid Rubber is also available in grades such as BS2752 Neoprene, BS2751 Nitrile, BS1154 Natural and WRAS or WRC approved EPDM. These grades may be subject to minimum order quantity.
We are able to offer Solid Rubber in various shore hardness from 40 shore to 80 shore with 40 shore being the softest. Please see the chart below for a pictorial example on shore hardness.
