Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of Natural Rubber products.

Solid Natural rubber is generally made in white and is available in "food quality" grades. Solid Natural rubber is manufactured in rolls that are 1.4 mtrs wide x 10 mtrs long. The pre-manufactured thicknesses of Solid Natural Rubber are as follows: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 10mm, and 12mm.

Advanced Seals and Gaskets Ltd can also offer black and tan coloured solid natural rubber that is abrasive resistant and can be used for shot-blast applications. These grades of material tend to be 40° shore in hardness and have excellent elongation and tear strength properties.

All of the above can be manufactured in either plain or self-adhesive backed, peel-able liner on one or both sides. Natural Rubber has excellent tear strength and wear resistance, making it a popular material for use as chute linings and shot blast cabinet.
