Adhesive Lamination - Many of the products within our current catalogue can when requested include pressure sensitive adhesive applied to one or multiple sides. Our adhesive lamination section uses a precise combination of heat and pressure to apply the adhesive.

This process also allows for role preparation using the tension rewind facility, this aids with further production processes and use of the product. We are also able to supply sheeting rolled onto a cardboard core.

The tension of the rolls on the adhesive lamination section is constantly measured and adjusted using complex load cells to ensure continued product tension and quality. Our highly skilled operators constantly measure and calculate the best settings to fully optimise the product. We can also carry out Free issue adhesive lamination to materials supplied by the customer.
