Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are leading manufacturers of Evazote® EV50 Polyethylene Foam products.   Evazote® is a Cross-Linked Closed Cell Ethylene Co Polymer and also commonly known as EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), Evazote® EV and VA grades differ in the proportion of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate content found in the foam (EV-high VA content/VA lower VA content).

Evazote® is manufactured in a range of colours and other densities including 25kg/m³, 35kg/m³ and 80kg/m³.  Evazote® is manufactured in block form, which are then split to sheets starting at 1mm thick or joined into continuous rolls.  Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are able to manufacture a wide variety of products from Evazote® EV50 Polyethylene including:

All of the above can be manufactured in either plain or self-adhesive backed, peel-able liner on one or both sides.  Evazote® EV50 Polyethylene Foam Evazote® is generally tougher than traditional Polyethylene Foams with greater resistance, better tear strength, elongation and compression set, therefore giving this material superior mechanical characteristics.  Polyethylene Foam is suitable for many industries including sports and leisure, white goods, automotive, aerospace, construction, medical, marine, packaging, etc.
