One type of matting we can offer is a selection of Anti-Fatigue which is usually supplied as pre-measured anti fatigue matting sheet or ‘mats’, measuring anywhere from one-meter square to two meters by one meter wide, manufactured with either interlocking or bevelled edges.
Even though these mats are stocked in standard anti fatigue matting sheet sizes, our in-house conversion services allow customers the option of taking the mats in their complete form, or cut down to a specific shape or size, and even with a self-adhesive backing for easier fitting and installation.

Types of Anti-fatigue Matting Available
Anti-Fatigue rubber mats are available in a range of surfaces, each suited to individual applications, environment and customer preference, some of the most common finishes include honeycomb, pyramid, checker plate and fine fluted.
Dual Layer anti-fatigue mats consist of a sponge body, covered with a durable rubber surface usually one of the textured mattings listed above. These mats offer an easy the clean, non-slip, hardwearing surface, with a ‘spongy’ foundation that encourages movement and muscle flex.
‘Honeycomb’ anti-fatigue matting can be made as a stand-alone mat with bevelled edges, which reduce the risk of tripping over the mat and makes it easier to move products when using trolleys. These mats can be made from solid SBR rubber or PVC depending on the applications and resistances required. They are often found indoor entrances or food processing environments where they offer afoot to floor barrier, but will also allow waste products and fluids to fall through the grid pattern away from the worker's feet.
