Electrically Conductive Silicone Rubber is a carbon filled silicone material that's acts as a low amp conductor, often used for the prevention of static charge build up and protection from live electrical and faulty equipment.
The conductive properties of Electrically Conductive Silicone Rubber makes it a suitable product for applications including shielding electronic enclosures/connectors and medical, defence, aerospace and telecommunications industries.
Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd have the ability to manufacture gaskets in any shape or size to meet our customers' specifications, using given measurements, samples or drawings. Using state of the art machinery and gasket production techniques such as die cutting/punch, CNC-cutting and waterjet, Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd have the ability to manufacture gaskets as a one-off or in large quantities.
Standard Thicknesses range from 0.5mm up to 3.2mm.
Electrically Conductive Silicone Rubber Gaskets can be manufactured plain or with a choice self-adhesive backings, foils and films, and supplied as individual pieces or kiss-cut onto strips.
