Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture and supply a diverse range of PVC Foam products including Fast Recovery PVC Foam pads.

Fast Recovery PVC Foam is a low density, closed-cell material which recovers immediately after compression.  It is generally available in black, white or grey colours.

Fast Recovery PVC Foam has a number of excellent mechanical properties and used widely for sealing against moisture/dust, insulation and filtration.  Fast Recovery PVC Foam can be found in applications including the automotive, construction, electronics, HVAC and stationery industries, for products such as gaskets, facemask seals, glazing pads/seals, etc.

All PVC Foam pads supplied by Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are made to measure.  They are generally made as squares, rectangles or circles, however our automated machinery can be programmed to cut whatever shape you require.

Standard thicknesses range from 3mm to 20mm with a skin finish.

PVC Foam pads can be manufactured plain or with a choice of self-adhesive backings, foils and films on one or both sides, and supplied as individual pieces or kiss-cut onto strips.
