Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam Sheets, in various densities including 24kg/m³, 30kg/m³, 45kg/m³, etc.
Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam has the same characteristics of standard Polyethylene Foam but is manufactured using an additive to give it Flame Retardant properties. It has good resistance to oil and weathering and is a popular choice for a range of general applications such as gaskets, sealing and thermal insulation. Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam is manufactured to very high standards and tested to FMVSS302 and UL94, These tests give our customers confidence that they are choosing the best product which is suitable for their application.
Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam is converted in-house, â€œdirect from blockâ€ giving us full control over product dimensions and allowing us to produce sheets in any thicknesses starting from 1.5mm right up to 100mm (depending upon the density required). Thicknesses above 100mm are also available by laminating layers of sheet together.
Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd can cut down sheets to size to suit and also apply self-adhesive backing, films and foils to one or both sides if required.
