This material is manufactured in roll form at 1.4meters wide x 5 meters or 10meters long and in thicknesses starting at just 1mm from which food quality solid neoprene rubber washers can be cut.

Neoprene (CR) is one of our most popular solid rubber materials, with various thicknesses held in stock. Neoprene is suitable for use where there is exposure to grease, oil, acids, ozone and even seawater. Available in shore hardnesses of 40° – 80° Shore.
Flame retardant neoprene rubber sheets can handle continuous temperatures of -30°C to +100°C, this material meets the test requirements of the flammability standard UL94-V0 and is in line with ISO 340. Flame retardant neoprene rubber sheets are also tested in accordance with anti-static BS 490.
