Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd, our Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam strips are made to order and supplied in a variety of lengths. As we carry out all conversions onsite, we have full control of dimensions and can split or laminate this material into alternative thicknesses.  Our Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam strips are available in a variety of grades, densities, and colours, and either plain or with a self-adhesive backing. Since it has several resistances, Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam is an excellent material for a wide range of applications.

Whether we are manufacturing as a one-off or in large quantities, we work closely with our customers throughout the manufacturing process to provide a completely bespoke service.     What is Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam?

    Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam strips are made from a non-abrasive, water resistant, flexible, and lightweight material. Unlike cross-linked polyethylene foam, non-cross-linked polyethylene foam is extruded.  Meaning, air is injected into the manufacturing cells, which then combine with neighbouring cells to form non-cross-linked polyethylene foam.

    Standard sheet sizes are 2000mm x 1200mm and due to our innovative slitting capabilities, we can offer a thickness range of between 3mm to 100mm; however, this product is available in many forms, to meet a variety of requirements.
