Plastazote® LD70 is a Closed Cell Expanded Low Density Polyethylene Foam that is blown with Nitrogen gas, inducing nitrogen cells within the polyethylene foam, the cells are not open or connected in any way giving it excellent sealing capabilities. Plastazote LD70 Polyethylene Foam is an extremely resilient, closed-cell, cross-linked foam that is lightweight, odourless and non-toxic. It is a tough, durable material that has a range of uses including case inserts, floats and buoyancy aids, sleeping mats, show insoles, pipe insulation, anti-vibration pads and much more.
Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd convert Plastazote® LD70 direct from 2 meter x 1 meter blocks, giving us full control over product dimensions and allowing us to split the material to any required thickness between 1.5mm and 26mm (thicknesses above 26mm are also available by laminating layers of sheet together). Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd can cut down sheets to size to suit and also apply self-adhesive backing, films and foils to one or both sides if required.
