Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd manufacture a diverse range of Slow Recovery PVC Foam products (Expanded Polyvinyl Chloride), including Slow Recovery PVC Foam pads.
Slow Recovery PVC Foam is a closed-cell, soft and flexible material, suitable for positioning into uneven areas to provide sealing solutions. Slow Recovery PVC Foams are ideal for filling between irregular surfaces as there is more time allowed for positioning the foam correctly, for use where resistance to moisture, temperature and solvent resistance is required or for sound reduction/vibration dampening. Typical applications for Slow Recovery PVC Foam include Sealing for pharmaceutical, HVAC, automotive and construction industries, gasketing, glazing tapes, expansion joints and insulation/filtration systems.
All PVC Foam pads supplied by Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are made to measure. They are generally made as squares, rectangles or circles, however our automated machinery can be programmed to cut whatever shape you require.
Standard thicknesses range from 3mm to 20mm with a skin finish.
PVC Foam pads can be manufactured plain or with a choice of self-adhesive backings, foils and films on one or both sides, and supplied as individual pieces or kiss-cut onto strips.
