Viton Rubber Washers have the following characteristics;

  • Serviceable to 250 degrees C (intermittent 300 degrees C)
  • Good flame resistance
  • Resistant to Aliphatics, Hydrocarbons and Aromatic/Chlorinated chemicals
  • Resistant to Acids
  • Resistant to Alkalis
  • Resistant to Oxygen
  • Resistant to Ozone
  • Resistant to Weather
  • Good low temperature resistance -20 to -40 degrees C
  • Poor performance to Ketones, Ethers and Bases
