As we are one of the UK’S leading manufacturers and suppliers of Neoprene Bonded Cork we are able to offer a wealth of knowledge which will ensure that you source the very best product for your specific application.

Neoprene Cork is made from cork granules which are then bonded together using a neoprene rubber matrix. The material is brown in colour with flecks of black granules of rubber and is either produced in continuous rolls at 1000mm wide or if preferred in 1-meter square sheets depending upon the thickness.

There is a range of thicknesses available from 0.8mm to 25mm.

Neoprene Cork is an economical material that is highly compressible, suitable for high and low bolt pressures and has good flexibility and is also very resilient. All of these attributes make Neoprene Bonded Cork an excellent general purpose gasket material.

Neoprene Cork has excellent working temperatures of -20°c to +120°c and offers good resistance to fuels, grease, and oils. These factors allow this material to blend well in such applications as sump seals, crankcase covers, inspection door seals, valve covers, electrical transformers and switchgear applications.

Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are pleased to be able to offer this material (and many others) either plain or self-adhesive backed on either one or both sides.
