Working with suppliers and manufacturers from across the world, Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd are able to offer strips cut using a diverse range of neoprene materials in both rubber and sponge types, one of which is a Food Quality Neoprene Rubber (used to manufacture food quality solid neoprene rubber strips), sometimes referred to as gasket strip, sealing strip or isolation strip.
This material is manufactured in roll form at 1.4meters wide x 5 meters or 10 meters long and in thicknesses starting at just 1mm, from which strips can be cut. Using state-of-the-art machinery and following our customer samples or drawings, we can produce bespoke food quality solid natural rubber strips using our bandsaws, strippers, log cutters and even presses depending upon the size and quantity of food quality solid neoprene rubber strips required.
In-house production allows us to closely oversee the whole production process to ensure that we consistently produce high-quality, competitively priced strips. Our food quality solid neoprene rubber strips are cut from rolls or sheets, which are manufactured in a range of standard thicknesses starting at just 1mm, these can be supplied coated with self-adhesive backing or laminated to other materials, which can then be cut into food quality solid neoprene rubber strips in widths starting at 4mm wide and in a choice of 5 or 10 meter long continuous coils or pre-cut shorter lengths.

Neoprene (CR) is one of our most popular solid rubber materials, with various thicknesses held in stock. Neoprene is suitable for use where there is exposure to grease, oil, acids, ozone and even seawater. Available in shore hardnesses of 40° – 80° Shore.
Flame retardant neoprene rubber sheets can handle continuous temperatures of -30°C to +100°C, this material meets the test requirements of the flammability standard UL94-V0 and is in line with ISO 340. Flame retardant neoprene rubber sheets are also tested in accordance with anti-static BS 490.
