Natural sponge rubber is a lightweight, open cell sponge manufactured in rolls with a standard thickness range of 3 mm to 25 mm. Natural sponge rubber is manufactured with a skin finish on both faces from which our pads can be cut.  

Natural sponge rubber pads exhibit a variety of resistances, offers good anti-vibration and acoustic absorption, and is available in a choice of grades. With access to the latest technology, we offer the option to add self-adhesive backings, and even laminate the material if our customers require it.

    What are Natural Sponge Rubber Pads?

    Open cell sponge rubber is supplied in rolls, but can be cut and shaped into a variety of products to meet a wide range of specifications. With or without self-adhesive backing, our pads are available in a variety of shapes, including squares, rectangles, circular or oval-shaped pads.

    Unlike its closed-cell counterparts, natural sponge rubber facilitates the circulation of fluids in applications requiring it, while its multi-patterned skin ensures excellent compression and recovery properties.
