Natural sponge rubber washers exhibit a variety of resistances, offer excellent anti-vibration and acoustic absorption, and are available in a choice of grades. Access to the latest technology allows us to add self-adhesive backings and films, as well as laminate the material if necessary. Utilizing state-of-the-art machinery such as atoms, autos, kiss cutting presses or our CNC (oscillating knife), we produce our washers in the most efficient way to ensure high quality while keeping lead times to a minimum.

What are natural Sponge Rubber Washers?
A washer is a flat ring with an outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) measurement that has been cut from a sheet of material and placed between two surfaces to create a level surface, act as a spacer or seal, or spread pressure when tightened.
