    What is Stratocell Foam?

A high-quality polyethylene foam, Stratocell is available in 2000mm x 1200mm sheets and in thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 100mm.

losed cell foam is a rubber compound developed under gas pressure. This structure gives Stratocell an exceptional strength to weight ratio making it a lower cost and more versatile alternative to many heavier polyurethanes. Due to its stability, resilience, and ability to prevent damage, Stratocell is primarily used for packaging inside corrugated boxes.

    Why use Stratocell Foam ?

Our customers often use Stratocell Sheets to create their own products that close gaps and irregularities between two surfaces. Other uses include preventing unwanted noise and vibrations, and creating seals against air, gas, dust and liquids.
